Calcium carbide furnace is the main equipment for producing calcium carbide. DHHI is the Vice Chairman Unit of China Calcium Carbide Industry Association and the drafter of the industrial standard JB/T 12496 - Calcium carbide furnace as well. The product types cover 25.5MVA, 30MVA, 40.5MVA, 60MVA, etc.
The series nickel alloy furnace is the main equipment required by RKEF pyrometallurgy process. The series nickel alloy furnace developed and manufactured by DHHI is fully closed. The high-heating-value coal gas produced is sent to the baking kiln to replace part of the fuel, and the tail gas from the baking kiln is sent to the drying kiln to dry the wet ore. The whole process is efficient and energy-saving, low-carbon and environment friendly.
The series chromium alloy furnace is the core equipment for ferrochromium smelting. DHHI can customize series chromium alloy furnace required by three different technical routes, i.e. SRC (Solid State Reduction of Chrome-ore), rotary shaft furnace oxidation pellet and furnace top preheating kiln, according to the characteristics of the customer’s project, and establish the optimum process route, for the customer.
The series manganese alloy furnace is the key equipment for manganese alloy smelting. DHHI is the establisher of the industrial standard JB/T 12497 - Manganese silicon furnace and has supplied over 60 sets of series manganese alloy furnaces for the domestic and overseas customers since 2005, with outstanding performance in electric furnace industry.
Both the ferrosilicon furnace and industrial silicon furnace are semi-closed type. DHHI has totally produced more than 20 sets of ferrosilicon furnaces and industrial silicon furnaces, with the types ranging from 12.5MVA to 60MVA.
