Car dumper unloading system is efficient, energy-saving bulk material continuous unloading equipment that is widely applied in bulk material storage and conveying field such as port, metallurgy, electric power industries, etc. Up to now, DHHI has totally developed and manufactured over 530 sets of different types of car dumpers, e.g. single-car dumper, double-car dumper, triple-car dumper and four-car dumper. The “C”-shaped triple-car dumper with independent intellectual property right owned by DHHI has a max. design dumping capacity of 10000t/h. The medium and large dumpers for unloading more than two cars take a domestic market share up to 70%. 

Meanwhile, DHHI strengthens the cooperation with professional engineering institutes to continually enhance the capacity for management of EPC project construction and has undertaken over 20 car dumper EPC projects (regional contracting). The Pucheng car dumper zone EPC project undertaken by DHHI won “2015 China national chemical industry superior quality award”. This project includes main and auxiliary equipment of car dumper, belt conveyor, civil work, dedusting system, water supply & discharge, fire fighting, heating and ventilation, power supply & distribution, illumination, scheduling and communication systems, monitoring system, etc. The operating efficiency of the equipment and project quality are highly praised by the customer.
