Hot iron mixing car is a special metallurgical vehicle used to transport the hot iron from blast furnace to the converter shop, pig casting machine shop and ingot casting shop for tilting operation. The 200t-450t torpedo car and tubular hot iron mixing car developed and manufactured by DHHI take 95% of the market share and exported to Japan, USA, India, Turkey, Brazil, Vietnam and Algeria, etc.

Hot iron ladle is the basic tool for transferring in iron smelting production and is a traditional product of DHHI as well, with the capacity covering 120t-417t. Over the decades, DHHI has provided thousands of ladles for domestic and overseas steel plants, with the products spreading all the main domestic steel & iron making enterprises and exported to Southeast Asia, Japan, Holland, GB, Mexico, etc.

The under-converter vehicle is a metallurgical vehicle for transporting hot metal ladles between the working positions under the converter in steel plant. Over the decades, DHHI has provided tens of thousands of different types of metallurgical vehicles for 350t converters and 150t furnaces for domestic and overseas steel plants, with the products spreading all the main domestic steel & iron making enterprises and exported to Southeast Asia, Japan, USA, etc., enjoying high prestige in development and manufacture of under-converter vehicle in China.

The “all-in-one-ladle” equipment mainly includes under-converter vehicle, hot iron ladle, molten steel ladle and ladle tilting device, etc. This is a full-process equipment developed and manufactured by DHHI by analyzing the characteristics of new process of steel plant and the constraints thereof based on state of the art of China’s steel & iron making enterprises.
